Associate Professor, University of Leeds, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust

Jonathan Sandoe (JS) is Associate Clinical Professor of Medical Microbiology at the University of Leeds and Honorary Consultant Microbiologist at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. Clinical roles include membership of Leeds endocarditis service and antimicrobial stewardship.

JS has been an ordinary member of BSAC council since 2017. Since 2002 he has been a member of the British Society for Antimicrobial Chemotherapy Endocarditis Working Party which has published guidelines concerning the management of IE as well as implantable cardiac electronic device infections.
